General Faith
Karma is a Sanskrit word which means action, work or deeds. Karma to causality is a central motif in all schools of Hindu, Jain and Buddhist thoughts. In these religions karma also shows re-birth over good and bad deeds. If you are good your rebirth will be in a good situation and if you have done bad then your re-birth will be in a bad situation to learn again to achieve purity and go for moksha (salvation). In state of moksha soul is moved towards high sphere of energy realm and the re-birth is called samsara. The duties, religions and etc which are assigned by God to human beings are called dharma. about karma

The Practical Word
This word is almost in everyone’s minds “Karma”. Question is, what is real karma?
Practical karma is the result of a person’s actions as well as the actions themselves. It is a term about the cycle of cause and effect.
(e.g if someone does good or bad with anyone then he will suffer through the same actions) in his/her life.
In the Western Society, the concept of reincarnation isn’t a part of faith rather its only a myth, but many of them believed in the practical karma. The buddhist and Hinduism’s mysticism are promoted in name of meditation 🧘‍♀️ in which karman acts mostly as reincarnation (re-birth).

Mind Science
The thought patterns are desirable for doing actions which is also called psychological state. Positive patterns make a person positive and negative patterns make a person negative. The life situation is lead by these patterns. When the conscious level generates these patterns which are based over an un-conscious activity it is mainly because of karma. Un-conscious is based over a conscious and switches. The subconscious is only a bridge between these two states. Good (rational) patterns will follow the good situation and bad (irrational) patterns will put us in a bad situation.

Karma In Islam
There is no concept of religious karma in islam neither does the concept reincarnation exist. There is indeed a connection between our deeds, actions and our future, both in this world and in the next. Every person must face the consequences of their actions. But in some cases people believe in the revenge which is taken by Allah Almighty and wants to avoid bad karma or bad situation. The solution is stated below

ۚ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ذِكْرَىٰ لِلذَّاكِرِينَ –
Indeed, good deeds do away with misdeeds. That is a reminder for those who remember.
